Blockchain technology allows us to have control of our assets, without needing to trust a third party that normally thinks more on his behalf than on ours.

Changes are not from night to day, despite technological changes are exponential, we, society need to apply them and adapt. That second part is the most important and it is difficult to trust in something we do not understand, obviously there is no need to understand it at all, everyone uses a smartphone but a small set of people know how do they work, I mean at a protocol layer. But we all understand and easily see smartphone use cases and advantages.

With blockchain we need this to happen too. That is way I think this kind of projects like XdYe are important, so we allow people that have no idea about what a DEX is to understand it at least its core fundamentals.

In my opinion, blockchain technology has the capability to mix the two main FIAT (cash and digital), it is just a matter of time that people realize it and start adopting it.
